In other words, Olympians and grandparents will follow the same routines. This is because CrossFit workouts focus on changing load and intensity instead of changing programs.
In short, the purpose of CrossFit is to make you better at life! It paves the path for a fun and active lifestyle. CrossFit allows you to be the fit parent, retiree, student, or just the human you've always hoped you'd be!
When you first come to FOE CrossFit, you’ll start out with a free No Sweat Intro where you come in to meet us, chat with one of our coaches, and talk about how we can help you reach your goals.
Then, you’ll join us for our CrossFit 101 Course, where you’ll learn all the basics of CrossFit in 3-5 sessions.

With inexperienced coaches, shoddy equipment and the wrong attitude, CrossFit can be dangerous – but so can riding your bike or driving your car. The experienced and proven CrossFit coaches you’ll find at our facility will ensure that you’re training in the safest, most effective and efficient way possible.
A WOD is the workout of the day. We program a different WOD everyday.
